users with similar patterns of behaviour.

Open a restaurant without a kitchen. Each table would offer
a selection of takeaway menus and a telephone offering
direct connections to any of the affiliated take-out
restaurants. Groups of diners would be able to order from a
variety of meals to suit individual tastes. Staff would be
easy to hire as the only skills required would be serving
drinks and clearing tables. The restaurant would earn

Project. income from selling drinks, commission from the

participating takeaways and perhaps from a nominal

entrance fee.
