First, I asked a friend to move us from a “word-only”
trademark to a logo design. Then we added the new design
to permanent cloth labels to brand each and every bag.
That single decision has been an incredible multiplier—
our simplest, most effective marketing to date. That little
stitched logo carries our story all over the world, connect-
ing us with new and repeat customers. That tiny tag has
big meaning.
