“I forgot something on the way out” said Charlie,
moving his lips dangerously forward from Kate's.
James reacted in an instant, rushed to the entrance
and hugged Kate lovingly as if they were a couple.
“You're here” Charlie said, trying to hide his surprise
with an air of disgust.
“It's amazing since you arrived there's an unpleasant
smell of...”
“Oh enough, you two! sliced Kate, stopping James
from finishing his sentence. And let go of me. Go
inside, Charlie.”
When they got upstairs, Charlie said in the
most unpleasant tone he could,
“Ah, here comes the second one. He was about
to say a few more words, but stopped abruptly at the
sight of Kate's gaze. Thomas sneered, but said
nothing. The atmosphere became frosty with
Charlie's arrival, and Kate tried to revive the
discussion by proposing an expedition into the
forest. Thomas accepted with what seemed to be
restrained joy, Charlie did the same, he looked
determined, but in his eyes, James could read a huge
fear, which increased his anxiety. Charlie was a
classmate of James's, his great height, much taller
