salary. You are more than enough to buy yourself the things you
want in life.

Several times girls are compared with boys just to make them feel
inferior. The only purpose of such comparison is to break your self-
confidence and to develop inferiority complex within you so that they
can completely control you. You have to put up a strong fight against
this and you also have to remember that you have to take the
initiative to improve the condition of your life and make it the way you
want it to be. You will have to know the laws that are there to help

you out. You must seek justice if someone tortures you. If you know
the system better, then people will think 10 times before getting into
any kind of dispute with you, and there will be a different kind of self-
confidence in your behaviour. You must remember that people
suppress only those who get suppressed.

You don't have to think that you are any less than the boys and you
have to work hard to become like them. You do not need anyone's
approval, all you have to do is to keep improving yourself every day.
In police force or the armed forces, women also have to learn to fire
the gun like men; a woman cannot refuse to learn shooting because
she's a female. I often see that girls do not work on their skills and

complain that they do not get paid as much as men, and that there is
partiality in the office. But you do not have to think and treat yourself
as a victim for no reason. If you will show that you are suffering on
small little fronts, then you will be able to receive only sympathy and
not the targets that you want to achieve. You have to take life as a
struggle, and not hope that just because you are a woman, things

are going to be easier for you.

Sometimes your friends will advise you to imitate the boys by
adopting habits like- smoking, drinking and using curse words to
abuse others. Never fall prey to such peer pressure. Some girls get
attracted to boys with such habits only to look modern, but you have
to remember that you do not have to drop your standards and copy
