Food and Studies

There is no perfect answer to the question- What is the best diet for
a student to follow? Our country is known for its diversity. Every
region has its own food. The quality of water varies from region to
region, similarly, people from different regions eat different foods.
Diets and cuisines vary regionally. The regional variations of food
make it difficult for me to tell you about a specific fruit or a vegetable
which can help you study efficiently. However, as per my
experiences and my lifestyle, I will share with you a few
fundamentals regarding food habits through which you can increase
your capabilities. These fundamentals will make you energetic and
help you to put more effort into your studies.
If I have to talk about my food habits: I have been a vegetarian all my
life and hence if I mention any dish in particular it will be vegetarian
only. I drink about 300 ml of water every day after waking up. This
water is at room temperature; it is neither too hot nor too cold. I drink
the water from a bottle which I keep beside me in the night before
going to bed. If I turn on the AC at night the water becomes cold, and
in that case, I prefer to drink fresh water. You must remember that
you have to drink this water without brushing your teeth. I do know
the fact that it is good to drink water after brushing our teeth; it
prevents bad breath. But you should drink water right after waking up
so that the good bacteria which are there in your mouth travel to your
