you never forced yourself to study hard and become the topper. You
were happy in your comfort zone.
But now you are in an intense competition. You are preparing for a
competitive exam and only the best will survive here. There is no
place for, mediocre students. Only the one who is best will move
ahead. The school scenario has changed and this is creating a lot of
anxiety within you. It is not true that only the average students
experience tension, even those students who used to emerge as
toppers in school and college level also feel similar tension. The
degrees earned in schools and colleges are not going to bring any
kind of stability into your life—there is also no guarantee that those
who used to top in schools and colleges would repeat their
performances in competitive exams as well. In this competitive
exam, everyone has the equal chance to succeed. You have to try
hard, believe in yourself and change yourself according to the
demands of the exam. Remember: change is the rule of the nature
and this applies to your life as well.
Do you feel sleepy during day time while studying?
You feel sleepy while studying because either you are not interested
in studies or you are not used to studying. It may also be possible
that you are not physically healthy. This is why you have to take care
of your nutrition and exercise well. You should eat amla daily, either
in morning or at night, you should also eat about five raisins every
morning after soaking them in water overnight, you can also drink
that water. You can boil dry dates in milk and consume it before
going to bed. You can also drink milk with a teaspoon of ghee. Ghee
never harms you—it works as a medicine and never makes you fat.
If possible, consume cashew nuts, almonds, raisins, coconut or the
cream of coconut. You can also keep a few bananas with you while
studying; eat them during small breaks; they are both cheap and
nutritious.
You should go for morning walks or evening walks every day. Cycling
