Viewing Measurement Data
Note:
Depending on the number of selections made, the Trend graph can
be overwhelmed with data, making it difficult to interpret; for example,
viewing all Summary Numbers on 32 axes would populate the graph
with over 300 sets of data.
Performing Trend analysis with smaller sub-sets of data provides a
more focused analysis result.
Use the zoom control below the graph to see part of the graph in more detail.
The ‘Graph Operations’ section of the ribbon contains additional functions that may be
useful:
• Press the ‘Clipboard’ button to copy the current graph to the clipboard; it can then
be pasted into other documents.
• Press the ‘Maximize’ button to show the current graph in full-screen mode. Press
the Esc key on the keyboard to close the full-screen graph.
• By default, the y-axis of the graphs is automatically calculated; use the ‘Y Axis
Scale’ button to change the y-axis scaling.
• Check or clear the ‘Hide Data Points’ checkbox to either show or hide the symbols
at the individual data points on the graph.
