PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

            For  preliminary  ionic surface  treatment  and  ion assistance,  the  following  have been
    developed: inverse-type MRS (InvMRS), a gas ion accelerator with a closed electron drift. The
    technology for processing parts of various types provided for the use of integrated technological
    devices, including developed individual plasma technological devices in various combinations.
    The  possibility  of  providing application technologies  was  considered.  coatings  of  various
    compositions  and  purposes,  including multilayer,  composite  and  nanostructured  ones.  Rare-
    earth permanent magnets of the N 38 type were used in the construction of plasma devices.
    The design of technological devices was tested using model cathodes made of steel 12X18N10T.
    To solve the urgent problem of replacing galvanic chromium plating with ion-plasma deposition
    technology, cast chromium cathodes and tubular composite cathodes were used.
