DEFINITIONS:
                      Workplace means in or on the property of Jim Peplinski Leasing, or away from Jim
                      Peplinski Leasing property if the team member is engaged in work‐ related activities.

                      Violence means unacceptable behaviour as defined below and also includes any
                      incident in which:

                         A  team  member  is  threatened  or  assaulted  in  company  premises  or  in
                          circumstances relating to the team member executing his or her job duties;
                         A  client  or  visitor to  the  work place is  threatened or  assaulted  on  company
                          premises; or
                         A team member threatens or assaults a client, co‐worker, or other individual
                          in  circumstances  relating  to  the  team  member’s  execution  of  his  or  her
                          duties.

                      Unacceptable  Behaviour  means  physically  or  psychologically  aggressive
                      behaviours including but not limited to:

                        Hitting,  kicking,  punching  pushing,  shoving,  slapping,  pinching,
                          grabbing, biting
                        Carrying or brandishing weapons of any sort
                        Throwing objects at an individual with a view to cause physical injury or fear
                        Destruction of workplace or co‐workers’ property
                        Threats of violence
                        Intimidating  behaviour  that  chases  the  recipient  to  have  a  fear  of  physical
                          violence obscene or harassing telephone calls
                        Bullying
                        Personal Harassment
                        Sexual Harassment


                      Personal Harassment is any unwelcome behaviour, conduct or communication that
                      is directed at and is offensive to any employee and is based on an employee's sex,
                      marital  status,  race,  colour,  religion,  ethnic  or  national  origin,  ancestry,  age,
                      physical  or  mental  disability,  sexual  orientation,  or  any  other  legally  protected
                      ground.  Any form of behaviour that is perceived to be insulting, frightening, and or
                      embarrassing can be considered personal harassment.

                      Sexual Harassment includes any unwelcome, unsolicited sexual comments, gestures,
                      physical contact, or demands for sexual favours. Sexual harassment is defined as any
                      comment or conduct of a sexual nature that is likely to cause an employee offence
                      or humiliation.  Sexual harassment is not gender specific.
