                  results  are  input  into  the  Team  Members  “Performance  Scorecard”  in  CRM,  and  a  copy  of  the
                  report is retained in your HR file.

                  PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT PLAN (PIP)
                  The  purpose  of  a  Performance  Improvement  Plan  (PIP)  is  to  improve  a  team  member’s
                  performance, correct any known deficiencies, prevent recurrence and to address any disciplinary
                  issues.  PIP’s consist of specific actions, goals and measurable outcomes that the team member
                  must comply with and achieve in a certain timeframe for the purpose of improving their overall
                  performance.
                  Jim Peplinski Leasing may use Performance Improvement Plans at its discretion. Depending on the
                  severity of the concern and the number of past occurrences, appropriate action will be taken. This
                  may include immediate suspension or termination of employment.

                  EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE
                  Jim  Peplinski  Leasing  offers  support  for  team  members  who  wish  to  pursue
                  educational  opportunities  that  will  enhance  their  job  performance  capabilities  and
                  improve  their  opportunities  for  advancement  within  the  company.  Application  for
                  educational  assistance  should  be  submitted  to  your  manager.  Each application will be
                  reviewed by management on a case by case basis and evaluated based on it’s merit.
