VACATION PAY
Vacation pay is paid based on the rates indicated on the following chart:
Annual Vacation Entitlement Percent of salary paid
2 Weeks 4%
3 Weeks 6%
4 Weeks 8%
5 Weeks 10%
The salary portion of your vacation pay will be paid at the time when vacation is
taken. For team members receiving commission as part of their compensation,
vacation pay on commissions earned will be paid in July of each year. If you resign, you
will receive payment of vacation in lieu of time off on a pro‐rated basis.
VACATION SCHEDULING
Vacation scheduling must be approved in advance by the team member’s immediate
manager/supervisor, and JPLI will do our best to accommodate your requests. Team
members should not make any vacation commitments until vacation scheduling has
been approved in writing.
