preceding the weekend or holiday. In the event of a computer problem, pay cheques will
                  be processed at the earliest possible date.

                  All  statutory  deductions,  including  income  tax,  Canada  Pension  Plan  and  employment
                  Insurance, and all authorized voluntary deductions, will be withheld
                  automatically from your pay.

                  PAYROLL CATEGORIES

                  Hourly: A team member who is paid an hourly wage for hours worked.

                  Salaried:  A  team  member  who  receives  a  monthly  rate  of  pay  regardless  of hours
                  worked. Team members earn an annual salary.

                  Commissioned: A team member whose remuneration includes commission.


                  PAYROLL AND BONUS ADVANCES
                  It is Jim Peplinski Leasing policy not to provide advances on your pay.


                  WAGE GARNISHMENTS
                  The  law  requires  Jim  Peplinski  Leasing  to  comply  with  wage  garnishments  and  court‐
                  ordered payments when they are presented to the company. Team members affected by
                  wage garnishments or court‐ordered payments will be notified  by  Jim Peplinski Leasing
                  of  any  change  against their wages.

                  No  person  acting  on  behalf  of  Jim  Peplinski  Leasing  may  dismiss;  threaten  to  dismiss;
                  discipline  or  suspend; discriminate against; impose any  penalty  upon;  or  intimidate  or
                  coerce any team member because of a wage garnishment or court‐ordered payment.

                                                       ABSENTEEISM
                  VACATION ENTITLEMENT

                  Vacation  entitlement  begins  after  the  completion  of  a  three  month  probationary
                  period. During the first year, team members accrue vacation on a pro‐rated basis.  After
                  year 1, team member vacation entitlement is as follows:


                              Non‐Management                  Management
                              After Year 1:  3 Weeks          After Year 1: 3 Weeks
                              After 10 Years: 4 Weeks         After Year 5: 4 Weeks
                                                              After Year 15: 5 Weeks
