days will not be paid out. If you exceed 6 sick days within a year, the additional days will
                  be  deducted  from  your  remaining  vacation  days  and/or  personal  days,  or  treated  as
                  unpaid.

                  If team members are required to be away from work for an extended period, they may
                  apply for benefits from the Canada Employment Insurance  Program  or  after  119  days
                  away  from  work  they  may  apply  for benefits available from Jim Peplinski Leasing Long
                  Term  Disability  insurance  program.   For  an  illness  or  injury  resulting  from  workplace
                  injuries or  illnesses, the team member may also be eligible for  benefits from Worker’s
                  Compensation  (Alberta)  or  the  Workplace  Safety  and  Insurance  Board  (Ontario).
                  Eligibility  will  be  determined  following  the  completion  of  an  accident  report  form  as
                  outlined in the Playbook section on Accident and Injury Reporting.

                  LEAVES OF ABSENCE
                  Personal,  Maternity,  Parental,  Bereavement,  Compassionate,  Family  or  Jury  Leaves  of
                  Absence will be granted in accordance with the Employment Standards Act and applicable
                  legislation.

                  UNAUTHORIZED ABSENTEEISM
                  Jim Peplinski Leasing’s office hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm from Monday to Friday.  Team
                  members are required to attend work and to be punctual. In the event that you are not
                  able to report to work or report to work on time, team members are required to notify
                  their  Manager  as  soon  as  possible.   Unauthorized  absences  will  be  deducted  from
                  remaining sick days, vacation days, or treated as unpaid.

                  Absence  from  work  for  three  (3)  consecutive  work  days,  without  notification  to  your
                  immediate  manager/supervisor,  is  considered  to  be  voluntary  resignation  of
                  employment.

                  GROUP INSURANCE BENEFITS
                  Effective  three  months  after  commencing  permanent,  full‐time  employment,  team
                  members may be eligible for coverage under Jim Peplinski Leasing group insurance plan.
                  Jim Peplinski Leasing provides life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, long
                  term disability, dental, supplementary health coverage,  a  healthcare  spending  account,
                  and  a  team  member assistance plan for team members and, with some exceptions and
                  extensions, their legal and common law spouses and dependent children.

                   The  premium  costs  of  the  plan  are  shared  by  the  team  member  and  Jim Peplinski
                   Leasing with the team member paying for 40% of the premium costs. Your  portion  of
                   the  applicable premiums will  be  automatically deducted from each pay. During a leave
                   of absence for sick leave, short term disability, long term disability or an absence due to
                   a workplace injury/illness you will be required to pay the team member portion of the
