CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOUR
To ensure orderly operations and provide the best possible work environment, there are
certain standards of behavior that Jim Peplinski Leasing expects its team members to
observe in order to protect the interests and safety of all team members and the
Company. It is not practical to list all the forms of behavior that are considered
                   unacceptable in the workplace.

                   CLIENT RELATIONS
Clients are among our organization’s most valuable assets. Every team member
represents Jim Peplinski Leasing to our clients and the public. The way we do our jobs
presents an image of our entire organization. Clients judge all of us by how they are
treated with each team member contact. Therefore, one of our first business priorities is
to assist any client or potential client. Nothing is more important than being
courteous, friendly, helpful, and prompt in the attention you give to clients.

                   DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Jim Peplinski Leasing believes in resolving team member concerns and disputes,
related to their employment relationship, in a prompt and equitable manner. Team
members who express any concerns, lodge a formal complaint under this policy or
who provide information regarding a complaint under this Policy, may do so without
fear of retaliation or reprisal. Any inappropriate misconduct will be subject to immediate
                   corrective action.

If you are involved in a work‐related dispute that you have been unable to
resolve through open and frank discussions directly with the parties involved, the
dispute should be directed to your immediate manager/supervisor. If you are unable
to discuss the dispute with your immediate manager/supervisor or are uncomfortable
doing so, you may direct it to your manager/supervisor’s manager or with Human
Resources. Such discussions should take place in the privacy of an office and away from
                   other team members.

                   HARASSMENT
Jim Peplinski Leasing is committed to providing and maintaining a work environment in
which all team members are free from workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and
discrimination. Actions, words, jokes, or comments based on an individual's sex, race
color, national origin, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other legally
protected ground will not be tolerated. Retaliation or reprisals are prohibited against
any team member who has complained under this policy or has provided information
regarding a complaint. Alleged retaliations or reprisals are subject to immediate
corrective action, up to and including termination. Alleged retaliation or reprisals are
subject to the same complaint procedures and penalties as complaints of discrimination
                   and harassment.
