cost of all plans. For personal leaves of absences, a team member will be required to
pay the entire cost of the benefits if he/she decides to continue the coverage.
If you cease employment with Jim Peplinski Leasing your coverage ceases on your last
day of work.
VEHICLE PURCHASES & LEASES
Team members who lease a new or used vehicle from JPLI are entitled to receive a lease
rate of current GOCB + 5%. A nominal administration fee of $200 is added into the
capital cost, as is a $10/month administration fee. Team member leases are subject to
credit approval, and the team member will be required to sign all required lease
documentation. The reduced cost as a team member is valid only for as long as you
remain a team member.
Team member and family member discounts on new and used vehicle purchases or
leases are limited to one vehicle per team member per year and the vehicle must be
registered in the name of the team member, team member’s spouse, or eligible family
member.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
The objective of Performance Management at Jim Peplinski Leasing is to Drive a culture of high
performance; Make discussions about our performance part of our regular conversation; Promote
frank, open communication relating to performance and to constantly challenge team members to
improve and develop their skillsets and overall performance.
OBJECTIVES & KEY RESULTS (OKR’s)
Each position at Jim Peplinski Leasing has specific Objectives and measurable Key Results (OKR’s).
Team Members with the same role share the same objectives. The Key results for each Objective
are reviewed and evaluated by your Manager on a quarterly basis. Team members receive a
quarterly rating on each of their OKR’s, as well as on their individual overall performance. The
rating scale is as follows: Needs Improvement, Meets Expectations or Exceeds Expectations.
DEVELOPMENT GOALS
All team members work with their manager to establish Development Goals on an annual basis.
These goals are specific to the individual team member and are intended improve the specific skills
and capabilities to assist with your career development. Progress with development goals are
reviewed with your manager on a quarterly basis.
PERFORMANCE TOUCH BASE
After completing a self‐evaluation, Team Members meet with their Manager on a quarterly basis
