You may be required to dress more formally when attending client meetings / functions,
special events or industry conferences. You are required to ensure that you are
dressed appropriately at all times. If at any time you are uncertain, please ask your

LIFE THREATENING ILLNESSES IN THE WORKPLACE
Team members with life‐threatening illnesses often wish to continue their normal
pursuits, including work, to the extent allowed by their condition. Jim Peplinski
Leasing supports these endeavors as long as the team members are able to meet
acceptable performance standards and medical evidence indicates that their continued
employment does not present a significant health or safety threat to themselves and/or
other team members. As in the case of other disabilities, Jim Peplinski Leasing will
make reasonable accommodation in accordance with all legal requirements, to allow
qualified team members with life‐threatening illnesses to perform the essential functions
of their jobs.
REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION
It is Jim Peplinski Leasing policy to make reasonable efforts to provide suitable
alternative employment to a team member who is unable to perform his or her normal
duties due to pregnancy‐related conditions, injury, illness or diminished capacity. Each
case will be assessed on its individual merits and will be subject to the efficiency of the
operations. Jim Peplinski Leasing may ask that you be examined by a physician who
can assess the seriousness of the illness or physical disability and recommend which
restrictions would limit your ability to work. The assessment can be reviewed later if
your condition changes. This information will be kept strictly confidential. Each
department will attempt to absorb team members who cannot perform the basic
duties of their position. Where this is not possible, all departments will co‐operate in
meeting Jim Peplinski Leasing policy of locating suitable alternative employment.
