Dealer plates are only to be used for test drives. Personal use of dealer plates is
prohibited. Anyone driving a vehicle with a dealer plate and not using it for Company
business is subject to paying the $10,000.00 deductible, should they be involved in an
accident.

Lost dealer plates are the responsibility of the holder. Replacement will be charged to
the holder’s accounts receivable.

USE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES IN VEHICLES
Use of cellular phone or electronic device with a display screen while driving a Jim
Peplinski Leasing‐owned vehicle or another vehicle while on company business is
strictly prohibited.

TEAM MEMBER VISITORS
Since interruptions are disruptive, both to you and to other team members, we
discourage having friends and/or visitors come to the company premises unless they are
conducting business with us.

CASHING CHEQUES
Jim Peplinski Leasing will not cash personal or pay cheques.

CLIENT PAYMENTS / DEPOSITS
All cash payments and/or deposits are the property of Jim Peplinski Leasing and must
immediately be turned over to the appropriate department. A receipt must be issued
at the time funds are turned over for your protection. Any lost or misplaced monies
you have collected from clients or team members is your responsibility.

REFERRAL FEE
Any new client referred to the Sales Department, who subsequently purchases or leases a
vehicle(s), will entitle the referring team member to a $100 referral fee for each new
unit addition (excludes replacements). In the event that the referred client purchases
or leases a Jim Peplinski Leasing company vehicle, the referring team member will be
entitled to a $250 referral fee.

Please note that this is taxable income and needs to be included as earnings. Referral
fees will only be paid for clients who have not previously conducted business with Jim
Peplinski Leasing.

CANVASSING IN THE WORKPLACE
Canvassing and selling of goods on Jim Peplinski Leasing property is permitted only with
management's approval.
