Labelling :

sod. chloride &of sod. Citrate contained in it.

2-The quantity of water for injection required for
reconstitution .

3-Used immediately after reconstitution.

4- Administered through a recipient set fitted with a
filter.

Uses

Treatment of fibrinogen deficiency, particularly that

Associated with pregnancy .

In conjunction with thrombin it may be used to repair

Reversed nerves & to aid the adhesion of grafts .

Fibrinogen may transmit hepatitis B.

b-Radio-Iodinated Human Fibrinogen

It is labelled with the radioactive isotope 125I or 131 I ,

aid to diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis by external
monitoring ,prepared from blood donors selected &
tested to reduce the risk of transmitting hepatitis B.
