NSSAR 131st Congress was an opportunity to reconnect.

It was so nice to have a large national meeting in person and renew friendships in Renton, Washington. Arizona had two delegates myself and Stephen Miller. We did have some dual members attend: Kevin Carr and Bruce Pickette. Past PG Warren Alter was also in attendance. A small number for our Society but we hope to see an increase in 2022 at Savannah, Georgia.
At the trustee meeting we did not have a voting State Society Trustee. The next Trustee George Stickney and Alternate Dennis Kavanaugh were listed and will be confirmed at the Fall Leadership.
Most of their work had been done in the past so very little new information or voting took place.
For awards I was presented with the Gold Robert Sherman Medal from the Medical Committee for 3 years of membership and participation. It was a surprise as not all committees give them out.
