Ha run Yah ya (Ad nan Ok tar)





                Now there lived in that city a man poor but wise, and he sa-
                ved the city by his wisdom... So I said, "Wisdom is better

                than strength."... The quiet words of the wise are more to be
                heeded than the shouts of a ruler of fools. Wisdom is better
                than weapons... (Ecclesiastes, 9:15-18)

                Wisdom makes one wise man more powerful than ten rulers
                in a city. (Ecclesiastes, 7:19)

                Then the king or dered Ashpenaz, chief of his court of fi cials, to
                bring in some of the be liev ers from the roy al fam i ly and the
                no bil i ty- young men with out any phys i cal de fect, hand some,
                show ing ap ti tude for ev ery kind of learn ing, well in formed,

                quick to un der stand, and qual i fied to serve in the king's pal -
                ace. (Daniel, 1:3-4)

                I thank and praise You, O God... You have giv en me wis dom
                and pow er. (Daniel, 2:23)

                I have heard that... you have in sight, in tel li gence and out -
