               Sponsorship Ads:

Normally associated with fund-raising for Non-Profit Organizations such as Sports
Teams, Youth Groups, Educational Entities, Hospitals etc.. There should be a business
card size Ad (copy) ready for this purpose. These Ads will normally appear in Non-
Profit Publications such as magazines, brochures, programs, newsletters etc., usually
for a very nominal charge. It is important to budget for this type of Advertising,
due to the community involvement and sense of commitment associated with this
               promotional activity.

               Advertising Media:

The Media suggested herein for placing Advertising is assumed to be a
newspaper or publication that has an associated purchase cost. The use of free to
the public type publications and newspapers for your paid Advertising should be
thoroughly analyzed. There is no sure way of finding the circulation level of this
Media, only the number of copies printed. Although there may be lower
advertising costs the uncertainty of circulation and availability of these
publications to your potential clients will all have to be considered. We have no reliable
information to show the use of free or paid for publications will be effective for any particular
Market or Company, this can only be determined by researching your Trading Territory.

               Desktop Publishing:

With the current state of available technology and the widespread use of computers
in creating print material there is the capability to produce your own advertising
format. The extent of your participation in developing your own print material will
depend on cost effectiveness, available time and your particular
in-house capability. This is just a further example of the complete control available
for all your operational requirements. It is not so long ago that we would
not consider creating a simple advertisement without the assistance of an outside
print professional. No matter how your advertisements are created it is important that
there be continuity in your name, color scheme, logo, type of lettering, general layout
and overall Design. It is imperative that all advertising content be cleared with the

               Owner or any affected party.
