Roadside/Billboard Sign:

This is a good opportunity to give your Company a high profile and excellent
exposure for minimum cost. Use your standard full size sign as a minimum and add
separate modules that can offer such services as "Will Build to Suit."
These signs would be installed on vacant land and building sites visible to main
thoroughfares and in Industrial Parks. The actual location of these signs will dictate their size,
height of lettering and scale of any graphics. We strongly suggest that the distance from a
specific point of visibility be found out before having this sign made up.
Investigate your Trading Territory for possible sign locations. Contact selected private
Industrial Parks and Landowners for exclusive permission to install your sign, offering a nominal
yearly fee, if necessary.
Unless the Industrial Parks are private there may be some resistance getting access to
these sites for your sign. Approaching a Municipal or Public Industrial Park with the suggestion
of a centrally located Sign Board that could be used by all interested parties for a nominal fee
should be considered. Offer to help in establishing this type of sign.
Remember that it would be better to have some exposure in these publicly funded
Industrial Parks than not at all. Our experience has shown that land costs are lower in Public
Industrial Parks, suggesting a higher volume of interest and subsequent visits by potential clients.
Avoid installing signs at locations where your company name will be relegated to
substandard exposure. Sites that are unkempt or have a disorganized clutter of all types and sizes
of signs are not recommended.
Advise the Owners of vacant sites that should a prospect have a requirement for land only
the resulting leads will be passed along.
