Dan said, “Thanks Ron. I much appreciate your time and help. This is really fantastic.”

Unable to hide his excitement, he took Ron’s extended hand, thanked him again and walked

out of his office. Linda had already left for the day and had probably already wrestled over her

dilemma. Dan would not know.

Walking to his workstation, Dan was thinking about last part of their conversation. He was

ecstatic about Ron’s reaffirmation of his analysis about the meeting with Tom. Most satisfying

part was that he did it himself without Ron’s help. He had already started to picture his next

happy rendezvous with Tom.

Instead of waiting in the office, he decided to leave for home so that he could be with Betsy

as early as possible. ‘There will be plenty of time over the weekend to summarize the learnings,’ he thought.

He picked up his bag and headed towards the car park.
