about it. That night when he went to bed, he thought
about the night when his old house got destroyed.
He remembered seeing those ugly round face gorgons
with their terrifying grins, yellow sharp teeth, ter-
rible rooster feet, giant horrible wings and snakes
on their heads. Luckily, Aiden had only looked at
their reflection through a mirror, so he hadn’t been
turned to stone. They had just appeared at his house
that day as delivering workers. Though the real rea-
son was to kill Aiden. Before he had managed to go
to the house with his mother, the gorgons had said
something very disturbing to him. He was trying to
defend himself using a knife slashing randomly at
their sides. “We will kill you! Son of Hephaestus!”
shouted Stheno, the eldest of the Gorgons. “What
do you mean? My father is not Hephaestus!”shout-
ed Aiden. “Honey, are you okay?” Aiden heard his
mother and suddenly ripped from the past. “Yes I
am,” Aiden said as he went to sleep. The next morn- Fantasy Story
ing, he woke up really excited as it was the day he
was going to Greece with Andrea. He already had
a list of places to go like Acropolis and the Parthe-
non. He ran from his apartment to the place he and
Andrea always met, right outside the Central Park.
Andrea was already sitting underneath a tree waiting for Aiden. They got a cab and went
to the airport. “I am so excited! “ said Aiden as they boarded the plane. “Greece, here
we come,” Aiden said. On the plane he was talking a lot. He even told her the origin of
the Greek world. It was around midnight when they reached Greece. Aiden and Andrea
were very tired, but luckily the hotel they were staying at was close by and there was a
cab parked just outside. They sleepily walked to the cab and got inside. Aiden told the
driver, “Can you take us to Villa Uraurona Tower and Suites?” “Sure,”said the driver. So
they went to the hotel. As soon as they reached their rooms, they hopped on their beds
and dozed off. The next morning, they were awakened by some knocking on their room
door. Aiden got up and opened the door. It was one of the hotel staff. It looked like it
was her first day there. She had one of those weird voices. “Hi my name is Die Demiged
scum!''She looked normal, but suddenly her form started to change. Her hair turned into
snakes, her back grew wings. She turned into the Gorgon -Euryale, the far Springer. “Uh
oh,”said Aiden. “Hello,” said Gorgon in a high voice. “Is there a problem Aiden?” she
said with a creepy smile. She slowly advanced towards him, like she was a tiger study-
ing her prey. “Seems you found a friend, though you won’t be with her very long,” she
said. Then she pounced on Aiden.
