Goats Cheese Tortellini

                                              with a red pepper sauce

                                        Making the Goats Cheese filling
                                           Preparation tasks (approx. 5-10 minutes)

          1. Remove the rind from the goat’s cheese and then dice into         INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

          2. Finely chop a small handful of parsley.                           •   50ml double cream

          3. Add the goat’s cheese, double cream and finely chopped            •   parsley
