          6. Place about 1⁄2 a teaspoon of the filling in the centre of the
             pasta squares, dip your finger in the water and run it along
             two of the edges. Then fold the edges together (corner to
             corner) to create a triangle en-sure all the air is pushed out
             and the sides are sealed.

          7. Next wrap the pasta around your little finger and then pinch
             the corners together to make sure the pasta holds, using a
             small amount of water if necessary to help it stick.

          8. Repeat the process until you have 5 tortellinis.
