GENERAL ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATION

               2.2   CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS


                         The  Electrical Contractor  shall  provide Drawings for Construction for the proposed
                         electrical services installations for the review of the Project Manager prior to starting on
                         site.
                         The drawings will be based on the following:

                          •  Observations made during the site survey, inspections and tests as applicable
                          •  The latest Architectural information
                          •  The latest H&K kitchen equipment information

               2.3   FREE ISSUE EQUIPMENT

                         The following equipment will be issued to the Electrical Contractor (Domestic contractors
                         to the Main Contractor shall also be deemed included in the following) by the Employer.

                         Upon appointment the  Electrical Contractor shall notify the Project Manager  of the
                         quantity of equipment and dates when the equipment is required to be delivered to meet
                         the agreed programme.

                         The Electrical Contractor shall advise LAUK and all other Free Issue Items Suppliers of the
                         required delivery dates and take delivery of the said free issue items, copies of the
                         Employers call offs’ will be made available to the  Electrical Contractor via the Main
                         Contractor through the Project Manager at the Pre-Contract meeting. The Electrical
                         Contractor shall compare the delivered goods against the call offs’ and advise the Project
                         Manager immediately of any shortages. Any shortages or damaged goods should be
                         noted by the Electrical Contractor on the delivery note. Any shortages or damaged goods
                         not detailed on the delivery note will be replaced at the cost of the Electrical Contractor.

                         All costs associated with the necessary insurance’s for the free issue equipment shall be
                         allowed for by the Electrical Contractor.
               2.4   MAIN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY


                         Where modifications to the existing main supply connection are required as part of the
                         Project, the Electrical Contractor shall submit the necessary test notices to the Electricity
