Title: An Unforgettable Experience

I had never been in a car accident before in my life. So, when I got involved in one, it
really left a profound impact in my memory. I could still remember vividly what I experienced
on that terrifying day when a lorry collided head-on with my car.

It happened six years ago. It was a very cold morning as it had been raining like cats

and dogs the previous night. I was driving the car with my little brother. We had decided to go
to the nearest grocery store to buy some daily necessities. When I was parking the car in the
parking lot, an oncoming truck was moving very fast and was approaching towards us.

Bang! It hit us so hard and loud that I heard nothing except the awful metallic squeal.

The unbearable feeling of fear overwhelmed me suddenly and caused me to lose consciousness.
Moments later, I heard the siren of an ambulance and fire brigade approaching. I also noticed
that the police were around at the scene of the accident. An ambulance attendant whispered to
me that everything was going to be fine. He told me to stay calm and not to move my body.
After seconds later, the fire fighters managed to dismantle the dented front doors of the car.

My brother and I were able to get out of our car and then taken to the hospital.

When I opened my eyes, I was laying in the emergency room for countless hours until
an on-call doctor came in and set my wrist and arm back into place. Later on, another doctor
came in and told me that I had to be hospitalized for another two weeks before I could be

discharged. Thankfully the truck driver called our parents to let them know what had happened
and made a police report.

Finally, after half a month, it was time to meet my brother and return to our home sweet
home. What a relief! It was really an unforgettable experience for me and I will never forget

what happened that day.
