officer (Article VI, Section 3 – Penalties for Elected Officers) and possible Involuntary
                       Termination of membership.

               F.      All Elected officers must remain Members in Good Standing for their complete tenure in
                       office or be subject to disciplinary action (Article VI, Section 3 – Duties of Officers) and
                       possible Involuntary Termination of membership.

               G.      Eligibility Requirements:

                       1.     A Member must remain in Good Standing  at all levels of the Organization
                              throughout the election process and her tenure of office.

                       2.     Should an Officer be  found non-compliant with any of the Organization’s
                              governing documents, she will be deemed ineligible and immediately removed
                              from the slate/or be subject to officer discipline. (See NPP)

                       3.     A Member desiring to run for an elected office must meet the requirements for that
                              office as set forth in the appropriate governing documents. (See NPP)

                       4.     The candidates for President, Vice President and Program Director must be active
                              Members for at least 2 years prior to running for said office.

                       5.     Except for the officer listed in 4 above, all other Elective office candidates must be
                              active Members for at least 1 year prior to running for office.

                       6.     A Member must attend 50% of the Mothers’ Meetings to be eligible to serve as a
                              Chapter Officer (see the NTCRCP for guidance).

                       7.     All of a Member’s Children must attend at least 2 out of 9 of that Child’s Grade-
                              Group Activities (including Chapter Activities which qualify as substitutes) in the
                              current Program Year in order for the Member Mother to be eligible to serve as a
                              Chapter Officer (see the NTCRCP for guidance).

                       8.     These eligibility requirements only apply to candidates serving in elective office.

               J.      Election of Officers

                       1.     Officers shall be elected by a majority of Active Members present and voting at the
                              Mothers’ Meeting. A Quorum must be present. They shall serve for one term (two
                              years) or until their successor are elected.

                       2.     Election of chapter officers shall be held no later than April 30  of every even
                              numbered year.

                       3.            Election of Chapter officers shall be by secret ballot.
