E.      Appointed officers shall perform the duties prescribed in these Bylaws and other duties
                       applicable to the office as prescribed in the Parliamentary Authority  adopted by the
                       Organization. Failure to do so may result in removal from office and possible Involuntary
                       Termination of membership.

               F.      All Appointed officers must remain Members in Good Standing for their complete tenure
                       in office or be subject to removal from office and possible Involuntary Termination of
                       membership.

               G.      Eligibility Requirement(s):  An appointee must be a Member in Good Standing,   and
               must meet the requirements outlined in Article V, Section 2(A)(7)(c) and (h)    (addressing
               attendance requirements).

               H.      Resignation from Office: An Appointed Officer who is unable or unwilling to perform
                       the duties of her office shall submit a written resignation to the Chapter President. Subject
                       to National requirements, the Chapter President may or may not elect to fill the vacancy.

               Section 3:     Officers – General Matters

               A.      Installation and Transition:

                       1.     The installation of Chapter Officers shall take place no later than May 31 .

                       2.     The Chapter Corresponding Secretary shall forward the names of the elected
                                                                                th
                              officers to the National Office no later than June 15  of each year.

                       3.     Officers shall assume the responsibilities of their office upon installation.

                       4.     All outgoing Chapter Officers must complete all reports due at the end of their
                              tenure and turn over all files and records to incoming Chapter officers and hold at
                              least one transition meeting by June 15  of the new/next Program Year. See also

                       5.     Special transition rules  for the Chapter Treasurer are delineated in Article  IV,
                              Section Article VI, Section 3(D)(6) - Treasurer.

               B.      Duties of Officers

                       1.     Officers shall uphold the NCB (and the codes, policies and procedures in support
                              thereof), the NPP, the Regional Policies and Procedures, the Chapter Bylaws and
                              the NTCRCP, perform the duties of their office as prescribed in these Bylaws, and
                              perform other duties applicable to the office as prescribed by the Parliamentary
                              Authority of the Organization (RONR).
