n. Manage “Leave of Absence” requests and re-activations.

o. Shall serve as an authorized signatory on the Chapter’s bank accounts.

p. Shall verify and/or provide the Chapter President, the Chapter, and/or the
Nominating & Elections Committee with appropriate reports regarding
Good Standing within the Membership.

q. Shall inform delinquent members in writing of their membership status after
they miss two Mothers’ Meetings.

r. Shall serve as an aide to the President

s. Shall monitor each Members’ Good Standing status on a monthly basis
(with the support of the records of the Recording Secretary, Financial
Secretary and Program Director).

t. Shall monitor and ensure that each Member serves on at least one Chapter
committee every PY.

u. Shall have one (1) vote on the Executive Board and the Executive
Committee.

v. Elected for one term (2 years), but may serve no more that 2 consecutive
terms (4 years). See Article VI, Section 1(B) for details.

3. Program Director. It shall be the duty of the Chapter Program Director to:

a. Plan and coordinate program activities of the Chapter that provide a
constructive cultural, educational and/or community serving experience for
children.

b. Serve as chairperson of the Chapter Program Committee.

c.Prepare and submit a copy of the Chapter Program Handbook to the National
Program Director and Regional Director by November 1 , and make it available

to the membership to review and enjoy. NOTE: Chapters whose submissions are
delinquent or who choose not to submit a program handbook will be subject to a
late fee or a non-submittal fee. See the NCB.

d. Implement the program thrust of the Organization.

e. Monitor Grade-Group Activity sponsorship: will provide a monthly report
to the Chapter Vice President, and a quarterly report to Executive Board
listing the status of the member-sponsored Grade-Group Activities, noting
