f. Disseminate the current governing documents of the Chapter, Region and
National Organization.
g. Shall maintain an up-to-date list of contact information on each Member.
h.Confirm Legacy status upon request by the National Organization.
i Notify the National Recording Secretary, within fifteen (15) days, of
members who have been dropped from the roll of the Chapter, along with
reason for the action.
j. Serve as liaison to the Fathers’ Auxiliary.
k. Shall have one (1) vote on the Executive Board and the Executive
Committee.
l. Elected for one term (2 years), but may serve no more that 2 consecutive
terms (4 years). See Article VI, Section 1(B) for details.
6. Treasurer. It shall be the duty of the Chapter Treasurer to:
a. Deposit and disburse all funds in the name of the Chapter.
b. Provide a financial report at all Chapter Executive Board and Executive
Committee Meetings, Mothers’ Meetings, and Special Meetings (as
requested by the Chapter President).
c. Serve as chairperson of the Chapter Budget and Finance Committee
(hereinafter defined).
d. Keep written accounts of all transactions as authorized by the Chapter.
e. Work in cooperation with the Chapter Financial Secretary to compile and
transmit financial records as required by the Chapter.
f. Maintain canceled checks and bank statements on file for a period of seven
(7) years.
g. Maintain two (2) bank accounts (Operating and Fundraising).
h. Disburse funds ONLY upon the signatures of at least two (2) of the three
authorized Chapter officers: The President, Vice President, and
Treasurer and subject to any additional procedures as outlined in the
NTCRCP.
i. Ensure that all expenditures are made in accordance with the Chapter budget
and authorized by a signed voucher, specifically indicating expenses.
