g. May serve for one term (2 years), but no more than two (2) consecutive
terms (4 years). This term of service is subject to Article VI, Section 2(B)
and (C) hereof (regarding serving at the privilege of the President and
general Term of Office).

11. Sergeant-at-Arms (Appointed Officer). It shall be the duty of the Chapter Sergeant-
at-Arms to:

a. Assist the presiding officer in maintaining order in Chapter

meetings

b. Facilitate the removal of members that are disruptive from Chapter
meetings.

c. Assist the presiding officer and the Chapter Parliamentarian in considering
and enforcing Chapter rules, regulations and policies.

d. Serve as timekeeper when necessary.

e. Assist presiding officer with the physical arrangements and responsibilities
of preparing and arranging the Chapter meeting space

f. Provide direction and assistance to Members and visitors that attend
Chapter meetings or functions.

g. Assist with any voting process when necessary.

h. Shall NOT have a vote on the Executive Board; shall have one (1) vote on
the Executive Committee.

12. Foundation Chair (Appointed Officer). It shall be the duty of the Chapter
Foundation Chair to:

a. Make recommendations of ways in which the Chapter can support
Foundation (see Appendix B).

b. Shall explore worthy local charities and projects for the Chapter’s financial
support and participation.

c. Serve as chairperson of the Fundraising Committee.
