d. Shall NOT have a vote on the Executive Board; shall have one (1) vote on
the Executive Committee.

e. May serve for one term (2 years), but no more than two (2) consecutive
terms (4 years). This term of service is subject to Article VI, Section 2(B)
and (C) hereof (regarding serving at the privilege of the President and
general Term of Office).

13. Protocol Chair (Appointed Officer). It shall be the duty of the Chapter Protocol
Chair to:

a. Direct the activities of the Chapter and the Protocol Committee as
proscribed in Article VII, Section 2 – Protocol Committee – herein.

b. Report to the Chapter (as needed) regarding updates and explanations
regarding National protocol matters.

c. The Protocol Chairperson shall serve as a liaison between the Chapter and
the Regional and National Protocol Chairpersons.

d. May serve for one term (2 years), but no more than two (2) consecutive
terms (4 years). This term of service is subject to Article VI, Section 2(B)
and (C) hereof (regarding serving at the privilege of the President and
general Term of Office).

e.Shall NOT have a vote on the Executive Board; shall have one (1) vote on the
Executive Committee.

14. Chaplain (Appointed Officer). It shall be the duty of the Chapter Chaplain to:

a. Provide meditations and inspirational messages at Chapter meetings and other
meetings as needed

b. Serve as the Chapter mediator, as needed to resolve conflicts (upon request
of the Chapter President).

c. Shall NOT have a vote on the Executive Board; shall have one (1) vote on
the Executive Committee.

d. May serve for one term (2 years), but no more than two (2) consecutive
terms (4 years). This term of service is subject to Article VI, Section 2(B)
and (C) hereof (regarding serving at the privilege of the President and
general Term of Office).
