B.      Members shall serve for as long as they wish to serve on any Committee, but must always
                       serve on at least one (1) Standing Committee (not including the Executive Committee)
                       throughout the Program Year.


               Section 2:     Standing Committees

                A.     The Chapter’s Standing Committees shall consist of the following (in alphabetical order),
                       and are charged with the duties stated herein:

                       1.     The Budget and Finance Committee shall assume responsibility for preparing and
                              reviewing the annual budget for the Chapter. The Chapter Treasurer shall serve as
                              chairperson and shall report to the Executive Board on half of this Committee. The
                              Financial Secretary shall serve as a member along with a member from each grade
                              group. Their duties shall include, but are not limited to:

                              Studying the financial needs of the Chapter organization and submit a
                            proposed budget to the Chapter for one fiscal year.  The budget should
                            include anticipated income and expenditures for all committees, groups,
                            and persons expected to function under the Chapter’s budget during the
                            relevant Fiscal Year.

                       2.     The  Bylaws  Committee  shall assume responsibility for developing, reviewing,
                              updating, and proposing amendments, as needed, to the Chapter’s  Bylaws,
                              NTCRCP and any other documents necessary to govern the life of the Chapter.
                              The Chapter Parliamentarian shall  serve as  chairperson and shall report to the
                              Executive Board on behalf of this Committee.

                          3.  The Courtesy Committee shall assume responsibility for maintaining collegiality,
                              hospitality and good will among the Members of the Chapter. It shall also respond
                              to the needs of each Chapter family in case of personal illness, disaster and/or death
                              in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the Chapter  NTCRCP. This
                              Committee shall report  to the Corresponding Secretary who shall report to the
                              Executive Board on behalf of this Committee.

                       4.     The Community Service Committee shall plan, conduct, and evaluate Chapter
                              community service projects and events that make a significant and positive
                              contribution to the community. This Committee shall report to  the Foundation
                              Chair who shall report to the Executive Board on behalf of this Committee.

               5.      The  Executive Committee  shall  provide strategic direction, event planning, and
                       operational excellence to the Chapter in support of Chapter initiatives as directed by the
                       Chapter President and  the Executive Board.  The Chapter President  shall serve as
                       chairperson who shall report to the Executive Board on behalf of this Committee.
                              a.     Composition:  The members of the Executive Committee shall consist of
                                     the elected and appointed (non-voting) officers of the Chapter and the
