                              b.     She shall update the official history of the prior to the end of her term.

                              c.     Maintain a yearbook/scrapbook  for viewing during the National
                                     Convention, Mothers’ Conference, and/or  the Chapter’s initiation
                                     ceremony.

                              d.     She shall make the Chapter scrapbook available for review at least every
                                     three months, and shall make any other items or records available for review
                                     upon request by the Chapter President.

                              e.     Assist the Program Director and Editor with compiling and submitting news
                                     to “SCOPE” and “UP THE HILL”, respectively.

                              e.     Shall have one  (1) vote on the Executive Board and the Executive
                                     Committee.

                              f.     Elected for one term (2 years). See Article VI, Section 1(B) for details.

                       10.     Parliamentarian  (Appointed Officer).   It shall be the duty of the  Chapter
                              Parliamentarian to:

                              a.     Assist the presiding officer in the interpretation of the NCB, the Chapter’s
                                     Bylaws and the Parliamentary Authority of the Organization (RONR).

                              b.     Interpret procedure according to the  NCB, the  Chapter’s Bylaws, the
                                     NTCRCP, and RONR.

                              c.  Advise the presiding officer on orderly conduct in meetings.

                              d.     Serve as chairperson of the Chapter’s Bylaws  Committee  (Article IIV,
                                     Section 2).

                              e.     Update the Chapter Bylaws as amended by the Chapter, and ensure that they
                                     conform to the NCB and NPP.

                              f.     Shall NOT have a vote on the Executive Board; shall have one (1) vote on
                                     the Executive Committee.
