b.     Keep records of  all financial transactions and matters of the Chapter,
                                     including fundraising records.

                              c.     Receive and review bank statements monthly to ensure all checks have two
                                     signatures and no debit card transactions. Report any violations to the
                                     Chapter Executive Board. Make an official report for the minutes that shall
                                     include the explanation for the violation.

                              d.     Notify the Chapter Executive Board and the  Membership Committee
                                     Chairperson of all financially delinquent members within 30 days of such
                                     delinquency.

                              e.     Work in cooperation with the Chapter Treasurer to compile and transmit
                                     such financial reports as required by the Chapter.

                              f.     Keep accurate records of all income paid by each Member.

                              g.     Issue receipts for all funds received.

                              h.     Be bonded by an approved bonding company approved by the National
                                     Organization, in an amount to be determined by the National Organization.

                              i.   Serve on the Chapter’s Budget and Finance Committee.

                              j.    Shall serve on the Chapter‘s Membership Committee.

                              k.     Verify and/or provide the Membership Committee Chairperson with
                                     appropriate Member Mother financial standing information upon request
                                     (for Good Standing evaluations), and provide the Nominating & Elections
                                     Committee with Good Standing verifications for Chapter elections.

                              l.     Shall have one  (1) vote on the Executive Board and the Executive
                                     Committee.

                              m.     Elected for one term (2 years), but may serve no more that 2 consecutive
                                     terms (4 years). See Article VI, Section 1(B) for details.

                       9.     Historian.  It shall be the duty of the Chapter Historian to:

                              a.     Record and maintain the Chapter’s history, activities and special events
                                     through the Chapter scrapbook and maintain:

                                     (1)    Trophies and awards given to the Chapter

                                     (2)    Copies of official documents related to the creation of the Chapter
