A. The Chapter shall be represented the National Convention or pay the National treasury the
cost of registration for a delegate to help defray expenses of the Corporation. The President
shall attend as the delegate and the Vice President shall attend as an alternate. In the event
that the President and/or the Vice President cannot attend, the delegate
selection/confirmation process shall be governed by the order of officers as delineated
herein in Article VI, Section I(A), with the highest ranking officer (that is willing to
represent the Chapter) serving as the delegate and the next highest ranking officer (that is
willing to represent the Chapter) serving as the alternate. NOTE: If the Chapter fails to
send delegates to two consecutive National Conventions, it shall be dropped from
membership in the National Organization (NCB).
B. The Chapter shall be represented at the Regional Mothers’ Conference and Teen
Conference or pay to the Regional Treasurer the cost of the registration fee for a delegate
to help defray the expenses of the Region. The President shall attend as the delegate and
the Vice President shall attend as an alternate. In the event that the President and/or the
Vice President cannot attend, the delegate selection/confirmation process shall be governed
by the order of officers as delineated herein in Article VI, Section I(A), with the highest-
ranking officer (that is willing to represent the Chapter) serving as the delegate and the next
highest ranking officer (that is willing to represent the Chapter) serving as the alternate.
NOTE: If the Chapter fails to send delegates to two consecutive Regional Mothers’
Conferences, it may be terminated from membership in the Organization (NCB).
C. Travel Expenses.
1. The Chapter shall pay expenses for the delegate and the alternate’s registration,
transportation, lodging, and board in amounts calculated pursuant to the NTCRCP.
Any cost in excess of what the NTCRCP provide shall be borne by the traveler.
However, the total amount paid or reimbursed shall not exceed what is approved in
the Chapter’s annual budget (as amended) for the relevant conference (subject to
(C)(2) below – Travel Expenses).
2. The Chapter may elect to reimburse delegates and/or alternates for any
amounts spent in excess the budgeted allowance. A Quorum is required.

A. Fiscal Year: The Fiscal Year for the Chapter begins June 1 and ends May 31 .
B. All Members must be Financial or be subject to Involuntary Termination.
C. All Members must financially support Foundation (see the NTCRCP).
