  Maintain Player Contact Details for the current year on Google Drive
                    Record attendance at rehearsals, administer leave applications and
                      follow up absences. Liaise with Music Director and Player
                      Representatives as necessary.
                    Communicate updated current rehearsal/concert schedules with players
                      via Calendar, email and social media as required.
                    Manage player issues as they arise. Follow up on player questions or
                      requests in a timely manner; help promote positive relations between
                      the players and Committee.

                    4.   Development

                    Actively work to retain existing AYO players and attract new players to
                      the orchestra.
                    Establish positive contacts with other arts organisations, media outlets,
                      music retailers, music directors, school and private music instructors in
                      Auckland and regular performance destinations.
                    Work to expand public awareness of AYO and maintain a positive
                      image of the orchestra.
                    Keep eye out for opportunities – rehearsal and performance venues,
                      soloists, design, promotion.

                   5.   Reports
                    Prepare a monthly report to the Executive Committee regarding
                      progress on Scheduling, Production, Player Administration and
                      Development as outlined above.
