1.17 Hire vehicles
If your vehicle is going into a garage for service or repair and is likely to take more than one
day we ask that you make sure to request a courtesy vehicle at the time of booking. If the
work is of a critical nature and a courtesy is not available, please contact Lombard for a hire
vehicle.
• Check any Hire vehicle for damage before driving it. Contact the hire company if you
notice anything that is not on the delivery documents
• If any damage is incurred while a courtesy/ hire vehicle is in your care this
should be reported to the Fleet Management Team straight away.
