b.  Seeds and Grains

                                         Soybean is one of the largest exported products. It is followed by
                                         corn, wheat, canola, sunflower and rice.

                                         Please refer to Map 4. It shows the locations of all the crushers in
                                         the  country.  After  soybean,  soy  oil  and  soy  flour  are  the  most
                                         important  export  products.  Some  soybean,  soy  oil  and  soy  flour
                                         are exported in containers.

                                         Sugar cane production reached 6.4million tons in 2014. Paraguay
                                         is the largest exporter of organic sugar. Most of the production is
                                         shipped to the US.

                                          As a reference, the following table shows the evolution of the
                                                               agricultural production in the country. Paraguay is expected to be
                                                               one of the largest producers of grain and seed in the world.

                                     c.  Beef and Meat Products

                                            The projected terminal will have a separate modern cold/ freezer storage
                                            facility with a capacity to store 2,000 tons of meat and meat products. The
                                            temperature and conditions will be monitored and controlled during a 24-
                                            hour period. This facility will be built together with a reefer terminal area.
