In addition, imported goods will be transported from the LAZ to urban
distribution centers located around the city from which they will be

                              D. Logistics Activity Zone

In accordance to the report, due to grain and meat export growth alone,
the Logistics Activity Zone (LAZ) is to be in Villeta. That zone will add to
the efficiency as well as to the growth of the city and will bring a variety of
new developments to the region. Considering the projected export growth
in the country, the tonnage will exceed the existing ports’ capacity by 12
million in 2030. Per the report, Villeta is the optimum location for the LAZ.
