           SIX ARCHAISTIC JADE PENDANTS
           Late Qing Dynasty
           Comprising two Wengzhong figures, each drilled vertically through the
           center for stringing, the dark green and pale celadon stones stained
           russet brown; two bell-shaped pendants, decorated with incised lines
           of similar design, the stone stained russet brown in areas; two axe-
           shaped pendants, one plain one decorated with incised lines depicting
           the big dipper on the flat side, the stones stained black and russet
           brown. (6)
           1 3/8in to 3 7/16in (3.3cm to 8.8cm) high

           THREE ARCHAISTIC JADE AND HARDSTONE PENDANTS
           Late Qing Dynasty
           Comprising a Wengzhong figure carved with minimal strokes as a
           man standing in a floor-length robe, the arms held at the sides under
           extended sleeves, the face framed by a long triangular beard and
           a flattened hat, the stone mottled green and brown; a bell-shaped
           pendant decorated with two relief bands, the top fitted with a loop for
           attachment, the stone stained black; a small ‘axe’ pendant, yue, of
           horizontal flattened form terminating in a sharp tip, the reddish-brown
           stone roughly polished, with a rounded suspension loop. (3)
           1 5/8in to 2 1/4in (4.2cm to 5.7cm) high
