The vase is decorated with eight cartouches, each containing one of the Eight
Daoist Immortals depicted holding their respective attributes, set against
geometric grounds.

KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
The upper and lower sections are both decorated in bright shades of blue to
depict scholar-oficials and their attendants in garden settings. The base is
painted with a double circle in underglaze blue.
