A BLUE AND WHITE ‘PRUNUS’ ‘PHOENIX TAIL’ VASE
KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
The exterior of the vase is decorated in vibrant shades of blue to depict
fowering branches of prunus beside rocks and pine. The base is painted with a
double circle in underglaze blue.
