Bsaûn quaø taëng Vieät Nam. Baùnh laø leã vaät
chính ñeå cuùng cho thaàn Maët Traêng vaøo dòp
Teát Trung Thu. Baùnh haáp daãn vôùi muøi thôm
cuûa gaïo neáp, vò beùo cuûa nöôùc coát döøa hoøa
laãn vôùi vò ngoït nheï cuûa ñöôøng, theâm taùch
traø noùng thì vò baùnh trôû neân tuyeät vôøi. Ngaøy
nay, baùnh in ña daïng veà chuûng loaïi vaø ñöôïc
baùn quanh naêm taïi Soùc Traêng.

list of 50 Vietnamese specialty gifts. It is the main sacrifice to worship
Ithe Moon god on the Mid-Autumn Festival. It is attractive with the aroma
of sticky rice, the fat of coconut milk and the sweet taste of sugars, and it is
great to drink a cup of hot tea and eat cake. Today, in cake is diversified in
all types and sold all year round in Soc Trang.
Ong cake BÁNH ỐNG

aùnh OÁng laø moät loaïi baùnh daân daõ cuûa
daân toäc Khmer taïi Soùc Traêng. Baùnh
Boáng ñöôïc cheá bieán töø boät gaïo, laù
döùa, döøa raùm, ñaäu phoäng rang, ñöôøng caùt
traéng... Baùnh ñöôïc haáp chín coù maøu xanh
vaø muøi thôm nheï cuûa laù döùa, hoøa quyeän vôùi
vò beùo cuûa döøa naïo, moät chuùt ñaäu phoäng
rang troän vôùi moät ít meø, taïo söï haáp daãn
ñoái vôùi thöïc khaùch.

ng Cake is a traditional cake of the Khmer in Soc Trang. It is made
from rice flour, pineapple leaf, coconut, roasted peanuts, white
Osugar... Cake is steamed, blue and has light aroma of pineapple
leaves, mixed with the fat of sliced coconut, a little roasted peanuts and
sesame, making its attractive to you.
