SESSION 16 : Song of Songs Chapter 6:13; 7:1-6 (TPT)
That is not all. The navel sits on the belly. Scripture tells us in John 7
that whoever believes in Jesus, rivers will flow from their innermost
being—rivers of life! Who is our life? Jesus Christ! He is the Way, the
Truth, and the Life. This verse is alluding to the life-giving benefits of
participating in communion with the Godhead.
Due to the “communion,” or fellowship, she has had with her King,
there now flows from within her the overflowing life of Christ,
symbolised here by the “never lacking wine.” This is not only for her
own sustenance but also for the benefit of others. Notice how the wine
is blended—this is because the Creator God has individually fashioned
everyone to fulfil their own particular destiny and purpose.
In addition to a relationship of intimacy with the Lord, everyone faces
different circumstances, trials, tests, and experiences that will best
prepare them for what God has in store. He knows what particular
“blend” of life experiences will bring us to attain fullness in Him, and
for whatever is required, there is always an abundance of Himself to
get us through, because He is the perfecter and finisher of our faith.
Similarly, as we mature in Him, we become vessels that can offer those
in need the right blend of ministry, which helps bring forth restoration
and healing.
As we continue with the above verse, it discusses wheat, which is the
primary ingredient for bread. Jesus is the “Bread of Life.” The
