RADICAL LOVE

being, where Jesus dwells. On this occasion, I did not feel much at all,

but as I remained before Him in silence, a song came into my head quite
unexpectedly, and I began to receive the contents of a podcast.

When I sensed it was the right time, I got up, sat at my computer, and
spoke. I didn’t make any notes. I consulted several scriptures to ensure

accuracy in presenting the Word of God. It was effortless! I was

amazed at how easy and natural the work flowed out of me. Later on in
the day, my husband said that it was the best one I had ever done!

          It wasn’t perfectly executed—that didn’t matter—because it was a
work of the Holy Spirit and had His power and anointing on it. It was

His work and not mine! It was so easy, and God birthed it from a place

of total resting and leaning into Him.

Oh, that we may learn how to enter into the rest of God in these days.

There would be so much less burnout in the Body of Christ.

My prayer for all of us is that we would truly persevere and strive to

enter into this rest, which has been made available to us in Christ. It
isn’t an easy place to reach, and the enemy will try to hinder us through

whisperings that it is pointless—especially when there is so much to

do. However, the Bible tells us in Psalm 46 to be still and know that He
is God. This can only be achieved through stillness and a heart-to-heart

          connection.

Recently, I read about St. Teresa of Ávila, who pursued God and

persevered through great struggles to be still and wait upon Him in
