Management Rights: Mission retains the sole discretion to exercise all managerial functions,
               including rights to:

                   ➢  Dismiss, assign, supervise, and discipline employees;
                   ➢  Determine and change work schedules;
                   ➢  Transfer employees within departments or into other departments and classifications;
                   ➢  Determine and/or change the workforce and methods by which its operations are to be
                       carried out;
                   ➢  Determine and change the nature, location, goods produced, services rendered, quantity
                       and continued operation of the business; and
                   ➢  Assign duties to employees in accordance with Mission’s business needs and requirements
                       and to carry out all ordinary administrative and managerial functions.

               STANDARDS OF CONDUCT

               In  the  interest  of  maintaining  good  working  conditions,  employees  are  expected  to  observe
               Mission’s  Standards  of  Conduct.  Corrective  action,  up  to  and  including  termination  of
               employment, may be imposed for violation of the standards. The listing of these standards does
               not limit the imposition of corrective action on employees who violate the normal and reasonable
               standards of conduct as determined by Mission.

               The following are the Standards of Conduct which shall be observed and followed by all Mission
               employees. This list is not all-inclusive.

                   ➢  Follow  all  Mission  policies  and  procedures,  comply  with  the  Equal  Employment
                       Opportunity policy and cooperate fully with all Mission investigations.
                   ➢  Do not be discourteous or disrespectful to any Mission employee, customer or any third
                       party in contact with Mission.
                   ➢  Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
                   ➢  Report  to  management  any  suspicious,  unethical,  or  illegal  conduct  by  co-workers,
                       customers, or suppliers/vendors and any threatening or potentially violent behavior by co-
                       workers, vendors and/or customers.
                   ➢  Comply  with  all  Mission  Operational  Safety  and  Security  policies  and  regulations,
                       including wearing clothing appropriate for the work being performed and wearing safety
                       equipment (where applicable).
                   ➢  Do not remove Mission property from the worksite or premises without authorization or
                       otherwise possess Mission property in violation of any Mission policy.
                   ➢  Perform assigned tasks efficiently and in accordance with established quality standards.
                   ➢  Follow all attendance policies, report to work punctually and be ready to work at your
                       workstation as scheduled.
                   ➢  If  time  is  taken  off  from  work,  it  should  be  recorded  appropriately,  such  as
                       scheduled/unscheduled paid time off (“PTO”), unpaid time off, etc.
