Abstract The project was titled “Finite Element Method and Artificial Neural network In the
Optimization of Motorbike Seat Lock.” A study was conducted to find a way out the problem
of seat lock components faced by the factory. During the research, material selection is
significant to produce a product to get the best quality. This study's focus began to simulate the
static analysis and determine the stress and strain results. The next step is designing the
component and using the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulation. In addition, computer
simulation technology has dramatically enhanced safety, reliability, comfort, and efficiency.
Significant achievements have been realized with sophisticated computer software and controls
that have been provided for decades. This project also uses the Taguchi Method for
optimization and
the Artificial Neural Network method to get validation results
